Karen Treber was excellent. Testing and report was exceptional. Ordering hearing aids was easy and price was reasonable.
Made an appointment and received a confirmation email. When I arrived at the location I was told the individual administering the test was not in that day. I sent a reply to the email address provided in the confirmation email and NEVER received a response in an effort to either apologize or offer an alternative date for testing. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.
All I can say is that I can hear now and what a bargain don't like the fact they're not rechargeable but other than that they are excellent I can hear Jim one did hearing specialist make sure they fit and that they were in the proper place and it does make a difference they take good care of you they make you feel very special with the money that you're spending check them out check them out if you got hearing lost this is where you want to go
