Elizabeth at the Hearing Aid center was exceptional. She provided clear instructions how to use Resound 3D app. She cleaned the hearing aids and checked the ears. I was impressed with her patience and knowledge. When she wasn't sure which Resound app we needed, she called the Resound company directly. When I called and left a message to make an appointment for this visit, I was called back. There was no schedule yet but the guy said he'd call back with an appointment.
