I've been a member of costco since 1995 when we lived in Seattle and was very happy there was one in Middleton when we moved back to Wisconsin! Love costco.
After dental surgery (and being a Costco customer since day 1), I sent my son to purchase a liquid protein drink for my dinner. I could not drive on pain meds. He was rudely rejected at the check out. He was told he could not use my membership card. He explained my situation to the employee, but was rudely told just to put the items back. At no time did they suggest calling me to verify. Goodbye rude & hateful Costco!!! Rejoining Sam's Club where they treat all members respectfully!
I love Costco, more so all the people are great at the Middleton store. We go every week but if they had one in Baraboo or the Dells yep I would love it!
I hate that they open and close at times not posted on the website!
