I've always had good feelings about your business because rumor has it you pay a livable wage! In spite of that, I've never become a member. I recently actually came to your store with one of your members in order to do shopping. While it was a great experience, I still had no intention of becoming a member. But! Costco has an amazing selection of high quality food products. The steaks and salmon are the best I’ve experienced at any retail outlet. The employees are helpful and efficient. Love the samples! Always good to taste what your getting before you buy it.
Customer service, value, food court
I decided to try Costco after Sam’s Club closed in Madison �, I asked opinions first from friends and they like Costco. So far I’ve been in the store once and the prices are higher for the items I buy for my daycare compared to Sam’s, so once my membership is up I’m switching back to Sam’s. One mistake because of not knowing is arriving at 6:30pm and finding out the store was closed already, didn’t expect that since I’m used to Sam’s Club being open later.
Fantastic store. Although arranged totally different than our home Costco everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I delivered a load of water to that Costco. my wallet was lost recently, and my card was in it .your staff was a great help in getting me a new card so I could shop .thank you for the great series.
