No matter how busy it is, the front end staff at Costco rocks it out. You are out of the door before you know it. I think I like that even more than the great prices.
Just wish they had some type of express lane. Many times I'm only buying a few things and am forced to wait behind full shopping carts. Otherwise I love Costco!!
Slow. Slow. And slower.... returns: plan for 30 minutes. Purchases: 20 minutes. Tires: 3 days. It's not even that busy. They are just significantly understaffed. Poor management.
I love Costco, but we live in Beloit, & it is an hour drive to get there. We spend the majority of our monet at Sam's Club, which we go to at least once a week. I wish you would think about putting one in Beloit, so that we could draw from the Janesville & Rockford area. Rockford & Janesville have enough places to shop, & you would be welcomed here. We haven't yet decided if we get our money's worth by driving an hour...even though we like your store!!
I love Costco in Middleton but this credit card switch is going horrible. My old card doesn't work, the new one has yet to arrive and every time I call the number I was given it says to call back at a later time. Not the Costco I have come to love...
