Leon is a good manager but they really need to fix the rotisserie chicken section. they are not fully cooked they temp at 174 and are pink and raw in the legs and thighs. Leon really tried to help me find a cooked chicken but I still had to finish it at home. For managers Rodney is the worst I have ever met. he is rude and inconsiderate. he didnt even try to fix the problem he just said then why do you shop here like take it elsewhere. for the chicken when I got it home it should of been at least 165 it was not

Last night went to Costco, the Gas at 8:30pm in line, took exactly 34 minutes to get gas , this was NOT acceptable, as I was in a lane where there were 3 pumps, and they coned off 2 off them so they could go home early, only one pump each lane up, making everyone wait forever, my ice cream melted in my car waiting, my dinner got cold I picked up, we did not get to pump till 9:04pm. Prices are good and quality great
Since it gets too crazy busy especially on the weekends, you guys need more registers open or to have a lane or two with people with under 15 items. I went yesterday just needed water, salad and to reload a gift card but was not willing to wait in a line with over 17 people deep, all of them were lined so far deep even to the ends of the vitamin isles, so I had to ditch my stuff and leave. I wonder how many others gave up to and left too. At least people with smaller orders can get in and out faster that the people with 3 fl... read more
