Management is not compassionate and level of service expected for a $120 membership fee is woefully inadequate. I want my $ back and will be calling to cancel tomorrow.

despite the COVID-19 stuff they are being professional and fair. Too bad so many other customers don't feel that way. they REALLY ARE doing their best. Kudos to them!

Crazy, that’s it’s come to this.
During this stressful time, my brothers funeral, I ordered sandwich trays for his Celebration of Life and there’s a panic going on over Coronavirus. The lines are unbelievable and Costco arranged for me to pick up the food without waiting in line so I would not be late for his Interment. Thank you Costco. I did not realize the world had gone crazy, I have been involved in the death of a loved one and was operating on remote control. Again thank you💖
