Very happy with the shopping and great choices, but not very happy with the food court and deli!! When you have a busy traffic and there are more than 5 people in line, Costco food court will only have 1 cashier open and you have like 4 other people behind that basically running back and forth and doing nothing. I was in line for a good 48 minutes this Sunday and I can understand it's busy but the line just inch and either Costco need to pull some employees to open more cashiers or someone from the main floor. Had a great shopping experience yesterday at the Lancaster Costco.
Loved the pizza! called in my order and picked it up molten hot.
I was there on a Saturday afternoon and it was crowded. I thought the cashier lines would be long but you can't do anything about that being on a Saturday when working people shop on their day off. Grin and bear it!, BUT, I WAS SURPRISED. I WALKED RIGHT UPTO THE REGISTER, NO WAITING! Great job Costco!
