I was in there for a phone service as a member. The lady that was helping us did a wonderful job to help set up 3 family lines but kept running into problems and the rest of the crew were not helpful at all. It took over 3 hours to set this up which by the way is not completed and Costco refuse to make this even a little better considering I am a member.
