I was so disappointed cuz me and another yung lady we wore in line for 40 minutes to pay for our 2/3 items that we had , and when I ask the ladies working the register , why they don't have a 10 items register , their answer was you can make your suggestions but we doubt that they'll listen to you.I want to have the CEO think about that , we your customers should have the chance to make a suggestion with out been ignore.
I love this place. It is close, I can walk there. The samples are great. The staff is always friendly.

Good store. Brandon and Sue from optical have been particularly helpful & I appreciate it. Ches at the door is always cheerful. Pretty much everyone who works there is great. The food court almost always has a really long line with only one or two registers open though, which is annoying.
I think that this store should NOT just take members only!! It should be open to the public!!! You'll make a lot more money if you did!!?? Just saying�
