I’m a licensed Realtor and I signed up for Homes.com (a CoStar product) because I was told Matterport 3D tours were included. What they don’t tell you is those tours are locked to Homes.com only — no direct Matterport links for MLS so its unavailable to the over 400+ additional syndicated sites buyers. This makes the tours useless for marketing. Now I have to pay my previous provider to reshoot the property just to fix this problem. Had I known, I never would’ve joined. Completely misleading and a waste of money.
An Urgent Note to the Public: Recently, Apartments.com, owned by the CoStar Group, allowed two scammers to falsely advertise a vacancy at this address. Please take a good look at the Google Maps photo! Avoid Apartments.com Completely! Apartments.com is a haven for scammers to victimize the public. They post listings which state they're certified.
