It’s a fun atmosphere, the staff are friendly, and Dr Costanzo provides exceptional care. This is our 6th family member in braces in the past 15 years. The others were with an orthodontist in AZ. I am so impressed with Costanzo Orthodontics. By far the best Orthodontist ever. I’m so impressed with how beautiful and perfect my daughter’s teeth are. Thank you Dr Costanzo!
5 star office. Dr. Costanzo and his staff are all very professional and genuine. A great, fun, and always very clean, office with their skateboard decor and personable staff. Love their office hours (especially their extended Monday hours). I am very happy with the results of my orthodontic treatment (and I'm not even done yet.) Thank you, Dr C and staff :)

Very personable and friendly staff! Costanzo is extremely patient and took his time to thoroughly go over any questions or concerns we had. Scheduling my daughter's consultation and proceeding appointments was a breeze. They have affordable payment options that didn't leave me wondering if we could afford to get them. They were also able to work with the short timeframe we had available. Now my daughter is elated she has braces, just in time for the new school year! I highly recommend Costanzo Orthodontics!

Such a great practice, with a friendly team of experts led by the capable and awesome Dr. C. Rewards incentives and fun every visit, who knew orthodontia could be so fun?! Absolutely the best in Fresno, take it from someone who knows after prior treatments. Finally with Dr. C a course of action that worked!
