Costa Vida has been on my weekly lunch rotation for the last year. The sweet pork and tortillas that are 90 seconds old before first bite is unlike anything else offered anywhere! If there was one thing I wish they could be better about is being stingy on Guac. For $1.50 you'd think you'd get a full jar (like Chipotle and other places). Instead you get one little scoop in the jar. Its even worse when put directly on tacos, and if you ask for a little more, they'll charge twice for it. =(
Look, this isn't super authentic Mexican food but it's fresh, delicious, and efficient. I'm always very impressed with the friendly service at this location. It's fast food and I was asked 3 times at my table for a refill which is unusual and great:) The cinnamon tortillas are a delicious little dessert.
