Worst customer service ever. We arrived this evening with a group of 20 people to have dinner. Instead of welcoming us, the employee told us we should of called ahead of time before we came. We told her we were sorry but we didn't plan it. You would think that 20 people would be good for business but instead they were upset. The reason why was because they said they didn't have enough workers to serve us. Wow!! Costa Vida, you guys really need to work on your customer service and more employees.
