*Update* We went back recently and the Costa Vida in Elko has definitely improved. Seemed just like every other Costa Vida now. A bit of a wait. I would go back again The Costa vida in Elko, NV is not the same as every other Costa vida. They were using a sandwich press instead of a griddle and there weren't as many options, but they charged more. Also, food was not as fresh or as tasty
The food was good but cooled off very quickly due to how cold it was in the restaurant. It was so cold that we were shivering.
