So I needed an oil change, I found a deal on Groupon for $31.60 for full synthetic oil at Costa Oil 8267 Veterans Hwy. So thinking I was getting an awesome deal I bought it. I get there and I had to drive the car in over the open floor bay, scary, but I did it. The first thing the guy says to me is it'll be an additional $5. For an oil disposal fee plus extra for the filter. I said how much is the filter,he says between $10- $20. Dollars but he thinks $12. Do not go there. I got an oil change only to have my oil light and check engine light come on after as i was driving home. They did not even put oil in my car then tried to say i must've had a leak. The potential damage that reckless mistake could've cost me would've been catastrophic. BEWARE!

I had my oil change done today (4/16/20) by a gentleman named Benjamin and I must say his customer service was stellar. He did a phenomenal job with the oil change and installing my wiper blades. He was patient and knowledgeable and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Fine job Benjamin!
Love this place. The guys are chill and accommodating. Never pressuring for other services or up charges- and yet they’ll do extras without even trying to charge me, like putting air in my tires. It’s nice to go somewhere that doesn’t try to sell you extra bull crap. They know you’re there to get stuff done and go, and that’s just what they do. They’re my regular place to go for oil changes and car issues now.
Third time I’ve been here and doors are closed and already shut down before closing time, Love the service when I can get it but the most unorganized

I recently relocated to Millersville Maryland from New York and stopped at Costa oil for a quick oil change. So glad I made this stop. Excellent customer service and friendliest group of guys. Most recently Lloyd and Ryan went above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle. I'll be back for sure. Thank you all for making my first Maryland service station experience so great.
