Tobin was excellent to work with at Cost Plus. Shane at Mid State Construction installed both carpet and LVP and did an amazing job. They were on time, efficient, and worth the cost.
We've had the opportunity to buy flooring and wall tiles for 3 projects so far: one a large order of luxury vinyl plank for a rental home; one an entire top floor of engineered hardwood; and one set of shower tiles. Each experience has been a positive experience. We experience one good transaction here, and one poor one. Her are the details: We've made two purchases from Cost Less Carpet in the past 2 years - one where we spent $8K on luxury vinyl plank, and one where we recently spent $12K on engineered hardwood flooring. Diana helped us both times, and she was great. The first order of LVP went off without a hitch. The more recent order for the wood flooring we placed in late September 2024.
