Have been going here for years and I get consistently good haircuts from Alicia and Rebecca. I have short hair and they always do a great job at keeping it short yet feminine and I love it. I recommend these two stylists if you are looking to try Cost Cutters.
After sitting for 15 minutes watching what I assumed was their only employee at the veeeeery back of the store, employee #2 walked out and got the name of the other person waiting and did not say a word to me... leading me to think I had actually died tragically and was a ghost. Terrible customer service. Under staffed. Staff that was there stood around and talked. You can definitely tell they are paid by the hour not by the service. They don’t get in any hurry to help anyone.
Can anyone please tell me where Chris has gone? She has been doing my hair for years and was told she is no longer here, please can someone tell me where she is!!!!
Did a great job on my hair very great service very please and took her time to get it right
I waited for 45 minutes and ended up leaving without a haircut. Staff is not worried about keeping people waiting-2 girls even went on break leaving me to wait even longer. Not happy and will never return!
