I have been living in Panama city for the last 11years and have been to many salons and have never left happy. I decided to give cost cutters a chance and I have never been happier. Ashley cut and colored my hair and I actually feel pretty again after years of disappointing cuts and colors. I would recommend Ashley and her staff to everyone. 💜💜💜
