I made two appointments for my son and fiancé for 12:15....we got here and were told they would get to us when they could...we have an 18month old with us and my fiancé needs to go back to work...and they just call three people ahead of us...two stars is me being nice.
I HIGHLY RECCOMEND COST CUTTERS WATERTOWN! I LOVE IT! The salon is very clean and the staff is professional, warm, and inviting! Jillian is my favorite stylist to go to - she’s the best! :)
I think all the employees do a great job there. It's the only place I will get my hair cut now. Everyone is very talented.
The ladies at cost cutter were wonderful as a walk in they were very sweet kind and very friendly. Jessica is the nice young lady who I gave full range to cut and dye my hair she did an amazing job. I will be returning in the future
My son just left your "facility" and I have never seen more of a hack job in my life!! Where do you hire your stylists from a landscaping company!!! You are all damn lucky I am not out there because I would be in that office "when you are open as they did not have time to fix their obvious mistake". I told my son to call the corporate office if there is such a thing!! I would not let you people anywhere near anyone I cared for!!! Horrible job!!!!!
Place is a hack. My 7 year old could do a better job.
I just got my hair and eyebrows done by Brooke and I must say out of all my experiences having my hair done she was absolutely the best. She was super friendly, kept a conversation going, did both exactly how I wanted it, made me feel comfortable, and just made me feel welcomed as a customer..just by far the best. As long as shes around I will be keeping her as my beautician. Thanks so much Brooke, I actually can look forward to my hair appointments now. :)
The girl mellissa that works there ruined my hair cut my bangs into my hair and cut my hair un even...went back the next day one of the girls fixed it the best she could... and the girl that originally cut my hair didnt even apologize...what was suppose to be a trim so the hair was healthy turned into a cut ... this is the worst hair cut I have ever gotten I will not be going back to them ever again
