Asked to have an inch of dead cut off, add more layers and have my bangs cut. I love my bangs. length is mehh. Way shorter but ill live. After she was done styling it. I was playing with it and noticed a chunky spot. Pointed it out andshe attempted to fix it. I left kind of annoyed but thinking maybe its the styling. Went here because it was local and I needed my hair cut. Staff seemed friendly at first but really made no connection while cutting my hair. That was just the start. After telling her EXACTLY what I usually have done, the sides being faded along with the back I figured it wouldn’t be to hard. They messed up my hair color my hair length was down to my waist she cut it up to my shoulders there was red pink dark brown burgundy I look like I went and caught a rainbow I will never come back to this place again
