I’ve been going to the Newburyport salon for years and have loved every color and cut! My hairdresser, Kelly, is patient, talented, and always willing to try something new. Melissa and Chevy are also wonderful and have jumped in to do my hair when Kelly was unavailable. The talent in this store is stronger than salons that charge 3 times the price, and everyone I’ve recommended to the store have converted. Try it for yourself, and you won’t regret it!

Left something behind inadvertently on Saturday. On Monday went to get it back and it was gone. I was told by one of the hairdressers, "I'm not going to lie, if someone leaves stuff behind, we just take it home if we like it.". Been going there for over 5 years and will NEVER go back again. PS. Owner didn't even contact me despite my request for a call.
