Came for my appointment on time and the lady was an hour behind asked if I wanted to come back . Then gave me a look like did I want to reschedule? Ya no I took off work and rearranged my life for this appointment!!!!
I'm still here at Cost Cutters and it is 5:59pm. I've literally been waiting here since around 4:30 for 2 different little boys to have their hair cuts ahead of me. The lady who is working today (Sunday) is extremely rude and she yelled at one of the children because he didn't know he was supposed to get into the shampoo chair. This shampoo wasn't even consensual (the mother didn't even ask for it nor did she approve that the Cost Cutter lady was doing it). This was THE GREATEST hair experience I have ever had!!! My stylist was Amanda Lisa and she was patient and gave me exactly what I wanted!!! Was a great atmosphere and very clean!!! I would recommend this place to anyone! Especially Amanda Lisa!!!! You want a great new style go to her!!!! I will never go to anyone else again!!!
