"Walk ins welcome." Sure it might be great advertising, but it doesn't seem to be true at this location. Almost every time I've walked in to this particular Cost Cutters there is only one person working and she tells me to make an appointment even though there hasn't been anyone sitting in the waiting area. The one and only time I was actually able to get a cut and the stylist was awful. I was thankful my curls hid her mistakes. Elyse has done my blonde highlights and eyebrow waxing for the past few months and she does such an amazing job! Her quality is better than some of the highly priced salons I've been to in town.
