I think it is pretty rotten to show up at 1 or 2 minutes after the doors open and find out the call ins have the chairs booked up till much later in the day. I am told that you can't call the previous day for an appt. so what gives? The call ins before 9 am get the appts. There goes 18 years of business. My bad I guess.
Twice I have tried cost cutters and both times was bad, first time the girl val refused to cut my hair the way I wanted it, and this time I told the same girl that I need my hair layered, and she said she was planning on layering it, needless to say she layered the back, murdered layered the to and sides, do bras my hair looks horrible, hangs in my face, which is why I went there to begin with, and told get the top and sides needed to be shorter than what she had them and she totally ignored what I said, never going back the... read more
I really like the girls that work there. They are so nice and friendly.
I went there today to donate my hair to locks of love and I received the WORST HACK JOB OF A HAIR CUT EVER!!!!! I will be calling to talk to the manager in the am! I'm ready to cry needless to say my hair will have to be cut to almost a mans length to fix it! From one side of the head to the other doe not even come close to matching in length!!! It looks Nothing like what I showed her in the picture! Pictures & tears to prove
