My 2 year old daughter got her bangs trimmed here and they did a horrible job! (she didnt move the whole to seconds she was sitting in the chair) the lady cut them so uneven and hacked and I even explained 3 times how I wanted them cut. Also when i asked her why she cut them completely differant then how I describled she tried blaming it on me!
Huge shout out today to Cost Cutters in New London! We came in town from Minnesota for a funeral and they got us in for cuts and color this afternoon. So great we loved the stylists so friendly and talented ! Thank you Kathy and crew !

Always have to wait and wait half time there's only 1 person working. The new london location is the worst. The one in Waupaca is ten times better..
