I just went in for a routine trim to get my dead ends trimmed, which usually means taking an inch or two off, as my hair touched nearly the center of my back. Amanda, I believe her name was, measured out a length to cut and it was the appropriate length, after I agree she then proceeds to take a pair of scissors and cut 5-6 inches of my hair before I even realize it. I've been going to this place for years. I tip over 30 percent usually, sometimes more. Went today it it was horrible. I've gotten my hair the same almost every time but this time a different stylist. She didn't want to cut my hair the way I asked. I was left with uneven fade and patches of missed spots and hair left all over my face that got in my eyes on the way home. I'll likely never go back and can honestly say I've been using this place for years.
Stylist Jessica does a Phenomenal job with myself and my children!
The service here is wonderful. The stylist that cut, colored and styled my hair really took her time to give me the look I wanted.
Took my daughter here for her first ever hair cut, and Mr. Zoe was SUPER with her! He even got down on his knees to cut her hair on the floor because even with the booster seat, she was too short for the chair. Definitely will go back!
