this is worst terrible hair cut experience in my life. That fat and brown hair female treat me as a animals. So bad. I really can not find any place to report and express my opinion. So so so so so so so so so terrible
I felt good walking in ready to have my hair cut to the style I wanted. I has a picture and took my time explaining what and how I wanted and even asked her if she was up for the task and she replied "yes" so I said "lets give it a try". To tell you I had to remind her to finish my sideburns and also cleaning my forehead and showing me my neck. A very horrible experience I dont know what was going on all I wanted to do was get out fast. She didn't even put enough product to c how my style would look. I walked out very upset ... read more
Crossroads is a great salon to work at, our guests are as colorful as the staff! The staff are very professional, We do great individually as well as a team, we all have our strengths and weaknesses but walking into the salon no one would guess things are nothing but perfect. Thanks to Cindy Walth and Robin Bennet as great team leaders we rock as a team.
