What kind of business comes out and starts yelling at people cuz they are standing outside the store in Walmart waiting for their two younger girls when they wanted to tell their sister something whom works there. Then makes my younger girls cry. My kids wanted to tell their sister that the family dog of 16 years was dieing. They were rude to me and my girls. And an employees boyfriend was behind the counter by the cash register and was starting stuff with my husband also.
Awesome costumer service, especially with wide variety of hair products. With my limited knowledge on each individual product, stylist Amy, took her time to provide me with the right information on each product that best suits my hair. I came out of Cost Cutters, with a unique blend of style and products. Thank you Amy, you're amazing!!!
Sent my granddaughter in to get a cut, color and style for 87.00! And They did a horrible job! So very disappointed! I posted her picture on Facebook and the reaction was a OMG! What were they going for?? Not good! The colors on one side of the head are way lighter than on the other side! She was going for caramel highlights and then they changed it to ombré! The whole hairdo is a absolute mess! Refund please!

Been coming here for months and love the service and it's convenience for me I do my shopping after I get haircut. The ladies there are so nice. Waiting time isn't so bad, longest I waited was 30 minutes and I just did my shopping.
I could cut my hair and do my eyebrows better blindfolded. Never coming here again. I wish it was an option to give 0 stars as a review.
Natalie is my favorite. She can always get me in quick, knows what I like and don't like
