why can't I make an appointment any more. I was just told I have to walk in and sit for 45 minutes and wait before I can get my 10minute eye brow wax. I asked if I could be put on the list now as I am driving there and was told no. I have to be there and sit and wait. wtf is this?

Called to check availability and was told to make an appointment, so I did and showed up on time and waited 20min until I was told just a few more minutes as walk-ins were getting haircuts. no apologies or anything.
I had a hair cut 2 weeks ago. Was fine. I asked how much for a perm. She said $49.99. I was ok with that, had to make an appointment. I had my perm 2 weeks later. Went to pay . It was $94.00 plus. Ended up nearly $100.00 with tip. My hair is just at my neckline, short. The most I have ever paid for a perm! was shocked. The odor from the perm was awful. I am never going back there ever!!!
