The food was great, lines were long. No true sense of direction via signs or employees guiding customers. Went to the line for pizza, but employees were serving people coming in from the salad bar. It made no sense and I really became frustrated waiting. Ended up having to go through salad bar line just to get pizza. Even though there's a pizza line? It was confusing , frustrating, and loud. Yesterday evening my boyfriend and I decided to stop in after work to pick up a few things from the market. Mind you, I've been a patron of Cossetta's for many years and have never experienced what I experienced last night. After shopping we went to pay for our groceries. I've used checks many, many times in the past at Cossetta's - the last time being less than a month ago. A must when i get up to the Cities. Great italian food, fast and hot.
One of the best Italian Restuarants that I have been too! Their pastries and cannolis are delicious. They have one of the best cannoli’s if not the best cannoli I have ever had. This is truly an authentic Italian restaurant. They serve cafeteria style however it provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. I will definately come and visit again!
This place has amazing food, character, and the staff is very accommodating! I would recommend this restaurant to anybody. 5 is not enough stars �
