They shit was terrible I'll never go back again I spent 25 dollars for some bs and wasn't full on top of that the customers made feel uneasy cuz I was like the only black guy in there mf kept staring at me.....I miss the old cosseta fuck y'all restaurant

food is great! as you can tell every time we eat here it is packed full. we drove down from detroit lakes. always make sure we stop here to eat.
Just thought I would let you know how my visit went today. Was looking forward to a trip to Cossettas for your Rice Balls! What a disappointment. Not only did I return it to the counter but your customer service was not good. Pizza cold returned as well. My husband ordered the figolia soup and the soup server didn’t know his soups either. No manager to be found. Went to sit in bakery because we wanted to by some desserts as well and was told we couldn’t sit in there to eat. There was no host or person to greet us as we entered. The place is confusing. So we go to the "sandwich station" and then get ignored by the not very busy staff, until finally speaking up to ask what was going on. Apparently we we're in the wrong spot and we're being "punished" with the silent treatment. Good Lord. It was an honest mistake and no one could take 2 seconds to redirect us. Left a bad taste in what should have been, and could have been, a nice place to go.
I love EVERYTHING about the deli ... just don’t go hungry 😋
The bakery items were dry and dated for yesterday’s date.
Amazing food and desserts! We ate at Louis upstairs food and services was top notch
