The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. We drove all the way here three separate times in order to get reservations and were told different things each time. Zero consistency with staff and guidelines. We were told to make reservations but couldn’t via phone, so we drove there in person and were told we couldn’t get in that day. RecommendedKari (not sure about spelling I apologize) was very fun. Awesome tour guide. Not for the traveler with mobility problems but definitely fun for kids.

Was a fun place for 2 out of the 3 kids which one just got a little naitious. we had a great time though.

A challenging guided tour that will test your visual and balancing skills. A stop the Kid's fully enjoyed. Don't forget to laugh at the guide's jokes,😂 and Maggie did an excellent job keeping us entertained.👍 Thank You Cosmos crew.
A nice short swift pit stop and visit. The staff are highly professional and friendly. The actual areas of mystery were intriguing to say the least. You can physically feel it when standing around the vortex. The spirit level was always precise and tested by skeptic's. Even the trees bend for the different gravitational pull in the area. our kids had a fantastic time. Didn't take too much time up and wasn't too expensive. Highly recommended!
