Finally left Cosmos after years, due to my stylist (Christopher) slandering and gossiping about me to my own sister, who also goes to him. The receptionists are horrible and need a lesson in customer service. I made an appointment a month ahead, and the night before my appointment I never got a confirmation call. Cosmos is the best salon in the valley. They make me look awesome every time! The salon is chic, modern and up to date. The stylists are gorgeous and all pros. Jamie, Cynthia and Lexi are all amazing stylists.
