Terrible. I’ve tried this place a couple times just because it’s so close but won’t be going back. Bad service and bad results. Rittenhouse Nails is worth the extra 10 min walk.
The staff here is amazing. Joyce the owner is the light of the shop. The women are attentive and kind which makes your experience so personable. The nail work are amazing. Never chips or cracks. It has longevity. I 100% recommended this salon any day!
Maribel is AMAZING! The level of customer service that they always display is top notch. The owner Joyce is such a friendly and professional woman and she always remembers everyone's name. The best money I spend weekly! PLEASE SUPPORT because great service at great prices doesn't come along often.
Extremely disappointed given the price. My pedicure is fine, but I had gel on my nails and to remove them the manicurist scraped them so incredibly harshly that 1) it really hurt and 2) the integrity of my natural nails is now so bad 5 of them have cracked and broken in just a week since getting my nails done. My nails feel flimsy and unhealthy. The vibe in the shop was also weird and eerie. No one seemed to get their service on time and everything was a bit dingy. I only went because my main salon is closed temporarily.
