I love getting my nails done at Cosmos ! I’ve been a customer since I moved to the city in 2023. I’m always greeted right when I walk in to the salon. The nail technicians are always very friendly & efficient with their work. They like to ensure I am satisfied with my service every time which is important. While the service was ok, I wanted a basic color, ballet slipper, and I was told they were out and I was offered colors nowhere near ballet slipper, not a soft pink or even a darker pink. I agreed to a color in the purple family. Yes, normally I would have left but I was there with another person. The service was wanting. I paid $95 for two plain nail polish treatments. No nail art, no nail extensions, nothing extra or special. The paint chipped in a week and I removed the paint at home.

I was concerned to see the stylist grab overly worn files and buffers stright from the drawer likely reused on multiple clients. The metal tools were mixed in one box without the regular sterilization pouches, she only claimed they were clean. Also the stylist made several negative comments about my nails, which felt unnecessay since I hadn't asked for her opinion

Went here with my sisters. All of the staff were super attentive, caring, and patient. Got gel coloring mani & pedi. Would love to go here again on my next trip to the city.

They accepted my walk-in for a French manage, lo and behold the technician did not have any clue how to paint the tips. I had to follow through because it was already over an hour in and I had to get back to work. Nice-looking salon but will never come back when there are better-priced options nearby.
