Love this Salon!!! Christopher Berarducci is the most incredible hair stylist! Always happy with my hair thanks to him and Cosmos :)
Finally left Cosmos after years, due to my stylist (Christopher) slandering and gossiping about me to my own sister, who also goes to him. The receptionists are horrible and need a lesson in customer service. I made an appointment a month ahead, and the night before my appointment I never got a confirmation call. When I called to confirm my appointment, the receptionist said I was never put on the books. Never an apology from anyone. Very unprofessional. The staff is snotty, rude and overrated.
