Very average.. Looks nothing like the pictures on the Qantas website.. Location is the only thing going for it.
Would strongly suggest you book elsewhere. I made a booking 4 months before an event in Brisbane. Less than two weeks before the date of the event they called me and said they needed to cancel as they were doing renovations. They refused to relocate me or to provide compensation when I was forced to book another hotel for significantly more. Their response was shocking and indifferent. Good enough, not fancy but it is more like a motel
I booked a room for my daughter, when she got there she was asked to pay a $250.00 deposit, she paid $250.00 in cash and saw that the person behind the counter put it straight in his wallet! When she got to the floor of her room there were all mattresses lined up against the wall which were stained and a fire hazard not to say the least! When she got in her room it wasn’t cleaned! Place was hilariously under kept, and felt like lots of corners had been cut, for example the king sized bed was made up of two king singles. Which I have never come across before, not to mention the doona not having a cover just two sheets between it. Lol Dirty walls, dirty windows, random door in wall, human hair left in bathroom. Place was noisy as well but should be expected as it’s right in the middle of the CBD
