I gave Cosmo Nail Bar three chances, and each visit was disappointing. The first time, pricing was unclear and I was charged a high amount for a manicure and pedicure that were poorly done. WOMEN OF COLOR DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS BLATANTLY RACIST ESTABLISHMENT!! The environment is not welcoming to black women. I walked in and didn’t receive the warmest greeting but didn’t think much of it since everyone was working. I got seated in a pedicure seat away from ALL the other clients then got ignored, was offered a drink and then ignored.
