I first tried cosmic around august of last year but it practically overnight became my absolute favorite pizza experience I've found in Boise. The best vegan variety, great hospitality, charming character, and a unique crust. So crazy good I even considered it better than flying pie ( which had been best in Boise for years). When they closed their doors and stopped answering the phone without notice in December though, it was super disappointing. Now over two months later we find out they're changing hands. I hope things will stay the same, but it seems that the best things rarely ever last long.
