BEWARE of Dr. Andrew Kelly! Dr. Andrew Kelly is absolutely incompetent. Dr. Andrew Kelly did an improper root canal on me that later had to be painfully removed (it took three visits) and replaced by a specialist. Insurance would not cover the $4,000 this repair cost and dr. Andrew Kelly refused to cover it so I ended up having to pay to $4,000 to fix his shoddy work. Thankfully the NC Board of Dental Examiners has suspended his license, made him go back to school (repeatedly!) and fined him but he's still out there preying ... read more

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Yes, I was very disappointed Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Not really, it took a long time Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Does this provider treat their staff well? Kind of, but not very well

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Once or twice, but not enough Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine
