Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Not really, they only lasted a couple of weeks Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Not at all, it was harder than a rock

Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else.
