I would give a zero if I could. I had implants done & have been looking around to have it corrected by other dentist. Please do NOT ever have any work done here. I paid thousands for horrible work.

Wonderful atmosphere in this office. Small office, tough parking like every other place in New Brunswick.(the only reason i didn't give them 5 stars). The doctors and staff always put me at ease and are very caring. The technician Leann, who cleans your teeth is very sweet and always smiling. Good care isnt cheap, but at least i know they can handle it. I have really bad teeth, but this is the only place i will go.

Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives.
I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here.
