I want to support an Asian beauty business but I have bad experiences with customer service here. I wanted a mascara that was sold out and the staff told me a different mascara from the same brand had the same wand, but when I got home it was different. And they have a no return policy , even if you were given wrong information. So it seems the staff will say anything to make a sale. Don’t trust their advice !
