I just wanted to say thank you very much I have been a couple times here and Anna has been amazing . She has been doing an amazing job with my hair every time that I go . Walked in and got half a haircut. The owner who was cutting my hair, checked out halfway through. Now I’m going somewhere else to get it fixed. Since Cosimos is my regular barbershop, and Dom has cut my hair many times, I didn’t feel the need to explain what I was looking for. Maybe I should have, but I feel that the bare minimum in a haircut is not leaving me half-cut and dry. I won’t be returning to Cosimos, which is in part disappointing since the ladies have always been very sweet with me and done a good job.
I took my child to this salon to get a haircut. The stylist was unprofessional. Throughout the process, I complained that she wasn't cutting it properly. The owner listened and didn't even care to see why I was unhappy and kept protecting the stylist from a distance. In the end, the salon owner said that this haircut was fabulous. :)) Indeed, this haircut exactly fits the salon's standard. If you don't want to get yourself ugly, don't go to this unprofessional salon, where customer’s satisfaction is completely irrelevant!
Professional service at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and caring staff.
