RecommendedMy daughter has lived here for about 9 months. Kevin and Paul made the move in process from another state extremely easy. The apartment complex is very well maintained and cared for. My daughter loves her apartment and says it is the best place she had ever lived!!

Absolutely the best place to live. We rented a three bedroom townhome here and found the community very friendly, safe and family friendly. Kevin and Paul go out of their way to know each resident personally and are extremely responsive to any requests. They help organize family events also. Mike is super as head of maintenance. There is nothing that he can’t fix and response time to maintenance issues is within one to two days. Sometimes things are fixed within hours! My wife and I lived here for 4 years. Awesome location and an even better staff. Paul, Kevin, and Mike are the best. They went out of their way to accommodate our storage needs. Super clean and quiet community. Can't recommend enough!

Exactly what we needed when we needed it. Comfortable, convenient, quiet and a good value. Getting to know neighbors has been fun, and the staff - Kevin, Paul, and Mike - are excellent - responsive, knowledgable, and friendly. Everything we hoped for when arriving here from the DC area. If there were an option for six stars, I'd give it that!

Great community! I moved here last month from out of state for a job at UNC.... Kevin and Paul were especially helpful in getting settled in at the community and at Chapel Hill in general. I've only had one maintenance issue thus far but it was handled before I got home from work the following day, so high marks to the maintenance team as well. Cosgrove Hill has been a great place to live in my experience and I would highly recommend it.
