Living here has been a breeze. The property managers and staff have been beyond courteous, welcoming and diligent in making sure I’ve been taken care of. I haven’t had a single issue here that wasn’t able to be fixed promptly and followed-up with as well. There’s very few places that allow multiple animals that are over 35lbs, and don’t charge a pet rent on top of their pet deposit. I really appreciate them for that. They want 60 day notice before you move out. Also the rent goes up $400/mo if you go month to month. This is a greedy company.
Coryell Courts Apartments gets 2 stars at best. The units are small for the price, and it feels way overpriced for what you actually get. On top of that, the rules and extra charges are extremely strict and add up quickly, which makes living there frustrating. Parking is a pain in the complex and you will find yourself parking at a different building than your own very often. The biggest issue is the move-out experience—good luck getting your deposit back. My time here has been nothing short of amazing! I have had nothing but positive experiences. The units are nice, layout is great, amenities and grounds are well taken care of, along with social events to bring together the community. Management is top notch! They are the biggest contribution to my positive experiences here. They are very kind, fun and welcoming. Look no further, this is your new home!
I’ve had an excellent experience living here and can confidently say this is one of the best apartment communities I’ve been a part of. The property management staff, Aubrey & Kaylee, are outstanding—always professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making residents feel valued.
