We lived here for 2 years (2024-2026) and our original property manager (Josh King) was fantastic, friendly and helpful. After they replaced him the property went down hill. They have cycled through several property mangers in our last 12 months there it had to have been at least 5. The most recent managers have been really bad at communicating what was happening to the property. Lived here for over 3 years, the internet is a requirement to be considered a “luxury” apartment with the features offered, but their internet is so bad that it disconnects Everytime the wind blows. They don’t like to allow you to have other providers cause it can “drill holes” and they even include in the lease that despite internet being included to not expect it to work at all times - because they’re aware of how terrible the provider is - I’ve lost internet more times than I can count in the 3+ years I’ve lived here - I ... read more
Living here has been a breeze. The property managers and staff have been beyond courteous, welcoming and diligent in making sure I’ve been taken care of. I haven’t had a single issue here that wasn’t able to be fixed promptly and followed-up with as well. There’s very few places that allow multiple animals that are over 35lbs, and don’t charge a pet rent on top of their pet deposit. I really appreciate them for that. They want 60 day notice before you move out. Also the rent goes up $400/mo if you go month to month. This is a greedy company.
Coryell Courts Apartments gets 2 stars at best. The units are small for the price, and it feels way overpriced for what you actually get. On top of that, the rules and extra charges are extremely strict and add up quickly, which makes living there frustrating. Parking is a pain in the complex and you will find yourself parking at a different building than your own very often. The biggest issue is the move-out experience—good luck getting your deposit back.
