I came in through the ER after my water broke at home with intense pain, fever, bleeding at the end of my first trimester. This is not my first pregnancy or pregnancy loss. I knew I was miscarrying our child. My contractions were every 2 minutes that were strong each time. Dr. Tinker was on call and dismissed my concerns after a quick report of a heartbeat.
