I am not impressed with their service department. I had an explorer go in for transmission diagnostic and repair back in January. They did not find an issue for a couple weeks and my service advisor was not good at communicating and very hard to reach. The first diagnostic and repair was unwarranted and I was told it would fix the issue, it in indeed did not fix the issue and I was still going to be charged for it. Fabian from Finance WILL scam you! Do not get anything from Fabian Idrovo. I bought a service plan but was hesitant as those seem to be scams. "Oh don't you worry, the oil changes don't expire". He lied, just to get a sale.

I brought my Ford Transit here the other day, and was pleasantly impressed with how quickly and accurately they fixed the rear differential. Thank you Cristian

This service department is genuinely impossible to get ahold of. 3 calls and 3 voicemails, not a single call back. Its aggravating that I feel the need to physically come to this location to get a response on my servicing needs.

Horrible place.to have your vehicle serviced. I took my F350 in for a tailgate recall on September 17th at 8:00 a.m. They called at 3:30 same.day to tell me that they diagnosed the problem but the vehicle would need to remain overnight. Having heard nothing by 4:00 p.m. on the 18th, I called for an update. They called me back at 5:00 p.m..and.staed that the fix did not work ans they'd have to keep the vehicle another day.
