Wont let me put 0 stars unfortunately. This dealership took complete advantage of my situation, bought a car a year ago trading in my 200k+ beater that was about to die. They were the only dealership that could find a bank to finance me and they tricked me by saying the bank refuses to finance if the car gets inspected. I dealt with Dylan from the online department. I then came in to meet him to just look at a different Mustang. While he was getting the keys, I saw a 2025 Ford F150 Tremor. It was gorgeous. That was the end… Dylan and company took care of the rest.
Hands down, the best buying experience I have EVER had buying a Ford product. I can't think of one thing I wish they would have done or thought of. Jose and Bryan were amazing. 5 stars seems to be understating the rating they should be getting.
