Two awful experiences in one year. The first time had an issue with my health due to a hernia forming and they treated every step of the process with skepticism instead of concerning themselves with the treatment. Terrible company with terrible customer service. This company was responsible for covering an accident due to a machine at Top Golf malfunctioning and pegging my dads car with golf balls. They were to cover the repairs and reimburse us for a rental for the month they took to start the process. Long story short they paid to fix the car and then completely refused to return numerous phone calls and emails sent to miss Chelsea Alcantara, our claims adjuster.
